Follow-up visits $30.00 - $60.00 (depending on the complexity of treatment)
Initial visit $65.00
A sliding scale is available for any who need it, and no proof of income is required. I accept patients with Personal Injury Protection (PIP) claims, and I am a preferred provider ("in-network") for the following insurance companies:

Uniform Medical Plan
Many insurance plans consider acupuncture to be medically necessary for various health concerns (usually those that are related to pain conditions), and will cover a percentage of the treatment price. You can check on your coverage by calling the customer service number on the insurance card.
For out-of-network services (e.g. First Choice, Regence Blue Shield etc.), I can give you a receipt that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. I can also provide you with a referral and contact information for a local acupuncturist who is a preferred provider with your insurance company.
